You can bring your used Patagonia items to any Patagonia retail store or mail them to us. If the gear is in good condition, you will receive Worn Wear credit to use on our website or in-store.

What is your return policy for used gear?

We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied, Worn Wear items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in the same condition as when they were received.
